The things people ask us most.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JPG and PNG. PDF is the safest: fonts embedded, layout locked. If your file looks wrong, we tell you before printing.
How long will my order take?
Photocopying and everyday printing are ready the same day, often within the hour. Business cards, flyers and large format take 24 to 72 hours depending on the finish.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Card payment is secure and you get an email at every step of the order. You can also pay in store when you collect.
Do you deliver, or do I have to come in?
Collection at 32 rue Philippe de Girard (Paris 10) is free, 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm. Delivery, when offered, is shown at checkout together with its conditions.
Do prices drop with quantity?
Yes: the more you order, the lower the unit price. The full grid is shown in the configurator before you order.
Can you design the artwork for me?
Yes, our graphic design service creates or retouches your artwork. Ask for a free quote and we will get back to you quickly.
